Time of delivery:
If a dress is in stock, it can be shipped within 7 business days from the day of your purchase. When ordering stock dresses, please request second-day or overnight delivery at the time of checkout.Stock dresses that are to be delivered to an international location will be shipped within 10-15 business days from the day of your purchase.
Depending on the item you choose, production and delivery is 12-14 weeks from the time you place your order and your full payment. Some Bridal Companies offer rush deliveries. We would be delighted to send your dress as quickly as we can based on available rush options from bridal manufacturers. We encourage placing your order well ahead of your event so you will have plenty of time for some possible alterations. In some instances you could receive your gown as quick as 7-8 weeks. Some emergency orders could be shipped within 10 working days. We urge you to place your order with us and specify your Event Date. You can be assured that we will do our best effort for on time delivery of your dress. You can place your order with confidence knowing that if we are able to process your order within your required or emergency time we will proceed to place your order immediately. However if we are unable to process your order within the required time WE WILL NOT CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD and will let you know within 48 hours the status of your order so you could make some alternate decisions about another purchase. We enjoy a positive relationship with our suppliers and will service your delivery requirements within the guidelines of this mutually beneficial relationship.

All sales are final and cannot be cancelled at the point of purchase. Due to the special nature of our merchandise, we cannot accommodate exchanges or refunds under any circumstances. In addition, our vendors are unable to cancel or make any changes or modifications to any order once it goes into production. Please be sure of the style, size, color, and any other specifications before submitting your order.
The majority of Bridal Designers will not allow for an exchange for a different size. Manufacturer companies will not return for a refund. As retailers we will have to abide by these rules and regulations all the while trying to provide our customers with the best possible service under those guidelines. Color Scheme and Swatches:
Color options are shown next to each product. Please note colors on a computer screen are not necessarily the exact replica of actual colors. Swatches are provided to retailers for their own use. Sizing Instructions:
Information about sizing is provided to our customer by a size chart located next to each product as well as measuring instructions.When measuring please make sure to follow the instructions accordingly.
Sizing decision are ultimately the responsibility of our customers. We recommend you order based on your current weight even if you are planning to lose weight in the near future.
Please remember that a larger dress can always be altered to a smaller size but a smaller dress can't be made to fit a larger size.

Plus Size and Additional Length
All sizes 18 and above are subject to a an additional Plus Size charge. The amount will vary per manufacturer.
Additional Length (approximately 5 inches) can be added at your request before the checkout. Please place this information in the Customer Comment Box at the time of checkout. There will be an additional charge for extra length, will vary according to manufacturer.
These charges will be added to your bill after you complete the checkout process.
